Before and after FUE removal of 250 grafts and 2600 scalp and beard FUE grafts to the scalp. Patient’s prior transplants done elsewhere left him with an unnaturally rounded/blunt hairline and inadequate density. With 1600 of the grafts coming from the beard, all hairs were placed at much more natural direction and angulation, giving a more natural hairline design.
