Before and after a complete hairline excision. Done to repair scarring form poorly executed prior transplants. The procedure advanced the natural hairline forward, removing scarred tissue and replacing it with a fine-line scar, which will later be softened with grafting. Extracted grafts from the scarred area were replanted into the original donor site scars.
