Before and 4 months after hairline lowering surgery over two procedures on this 30 year old patient. Done to repair scarring from a previous hairline lowering procedure done elsewhere. The revision corrected most of the scar and smoothed the hairline. The second procedure was for further grafting to conceal residual scarring along the temples.
