Before and 18 months after 2300 FUE grafts on this 41 year old patient. She had a quite notably high hairline due to significant progressive hair loss that exacerbated a genetically high hairline. Note that results like this are more commonly achieved with hairline lowering surgery, however when patients have limited scalp mobility and excellent donor supply, hair grafting can be an outstanding approach.
