Before and after hairline lowering surgery. Done to repair hairline recession caused by frontal fibrosing alopecia (FFA). The procedure involved moving the unaffected hairline forward and removing scarred frontal scalp. Due to limited scalp mobility, a balloon expander was used to facilitate the advancement.
